LIST OF THINGS REQUIRED
- EPSOM SALT (Soaking in epsom salt help replenish your body’s magnesium level and combating hypertension)
- BAKING SODA (It has cleansing ability & anti fungal properties. It also makes your skin very soft)
- SEA SALT (composed of magnesium, potassium, calcium chlorides and bromides)
Magnesium helps in slowing skin ageing, combating stress and calming nervous system.
Calcium regulates heart rate and strengthen bones and nails.
Potassium energizes the body and helps to balance skin moisture.
- APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (Full of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. It is one of the best way to cleanse your body of bacteria and boost your immune system)
- ESSETIAL OIL
- SKIN BRUSH
- GINGER (optional)
Fill the bath tub with warm/hot water and add apple cider vinegar(1/4 cup). Pour epsom salt(1 cup) , baking soda (1-2 cup) , sea salt (1/4 cup) in and add few drops of your favourite essential oil if using. Mix or swirl the water until all the crystals dissolve.
Now prepare yourself by drinking lots of water as it is a dehydrating process. Brush your body with dry brush to increase blood circulation and then soak yourself in tub for 30-40 minutes. After the bath brush your skin down with the help of your hand or loofah or skin brush. Then take shower and again drink as much water as possible and finally relax yourself.
IF YOU DON’T HAVE BATH TUB
Soak a wash-cloth in a very hot cup of water then add 1 cup of epsom salt in it and scrub all parts of your body with the cloth, then rinse it with a hot shower.
