Its gonna be long hot summer. Temperature has risen above 40C and people are fed up with heat. On a hot summer day everyone needs something refreshing and I found smoothies to be a great way to get energized and healthy. A smoothie for breakfast helps you to get hydrated for the day.
In summer you can see smoothies almost everywhere, but don’t get confused with milkshakes (stuffed with sugar , frozen yogurt ,ice cream and lots of things ). These shakes can do more harm than good.
